随着我馆数字化进程的稳步推进、水平逐步提高,多种数字化管理和存储手段被应用。目前,我馆采用了多种数字化软件系统,例如,藏品管理系统、档案管理系统、资金结算系统、OA办公系统和个人PC办公系统等等,这导致了各种数据信息量的大量增加,数据的存储难度及数据维护成本和数据安全问题也越来越凸显,一旦数据损坏或者丢失,那么损失是无法衡量的。所以如何保护我们的数据不被损坏是我馆信息化建设进程中所关心的问题之一。

With the steady progress, our library digitalization gradually increase the level of digital management and storage, various means are employed. At present, our library using digital software system, such as, collection management system, file management system, fund settlement system, OA system and PC office system and so on, which led to a substantial increase in the amount of data and information, maintenance cost and data security and data storage is also more and more obvious, once data is damaged or lost, the loss is immeasurable. So how to protect our data can not be damaged, the informationization is one of the concerned problems in our library.
