摘要
为提高部队执行抢险救灾任务时机动通信的能力,该文从3.3G通信频率的特点和优势进行分析,提出了利用该频率进行系统建设的要求、建设方式和系统的主要功能组成,为机动通信系统的建设提供理论支撑。
In order to improve the implementation of emergency rescue and disaster relief missions when the capacity of mobile communication, this paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of 3.3G communication frequency, puts forward system construction using the frequency requirements, construction methods and main functions of system components, and provide theoretical support for the construction of mobile communication system.
