Research on Manage Information System of Complicated Product Development Cost Risk Quantification

复杂产品研制项目周期长,技术要求高,系统复杂度高,由此带来了高投入、高风险等显著特点。在绝大多数情况下,费用风险并非容易识别,在项目管理中引入费用风险管理对项目的成功具有重要意义。在研究了费用风险量化评估理论的基础上,提出了复杂产品研制项目的费用风险量化评估方法,建立了费用风险量化评估步骤,结合信息技术给出了费用风险量化评估信息系统的架构,并设计开发了费用风险量化评估信息系统。

The complicated product development project is long, high technical requirements, high system complexity, which brought high input, high risk and other significant characteristics. In most cases, cost risk is not easy to identify. It is significant to introduce cost risk management for project management successful. Base on studying the cost risk evaluation theory, evaluation method to quantify the risk cost of complicated product development project, to establish the cost risk assessment procedures,with the information technology establish the cost risk assessment information system architecture, and development of cost risk assessment information system.
