摘要
为了在设计多旋翼无人机过程中,合理选择与设计电动机—螺旋桨动力系统,同时也达到系统优化设计的目的,基于逆向工程原理对某型螺旋桨进行三维测量,获得点云数据。提出了一种获得翼型精确攻角和弦长的方法,并对29个数据进行拟合得到攻角和弦长随距离的变化曲线。通过仿真得到了翼型的升力系数、阻力系数和转矩系数,为多旋翼无人机设计过程中与螺旋桨相关的数学计算提供了依据。
In the design of multi rotor UAV in the process, the rational choice and design of motor propeller power system, but also achieve system optimization design, a propeller for 3D me-asurement based on the principle of reverse engineering, get to the point cloud data. This paper presents a method for obtaining accurate attack angle and chordof airfoil, and the 29 data fitting curves of chord length of the angle of attackrange. This article obtained through simulation, the lift coefficient of airfoil drag and torque coefficients, the basis is provided for the calculation of propellerrelated multi rotor UAV design process of mathematics.
