各种信息系统中都离不开数据库的应用,数据库记录数据的方式是以记录作为基本单位。在实际工作中经常需要把数据库记录输出为报表的形式,该文设计了一个这样的算法,并且用Excel VBA实现了这个算法,并应用到实际中。

Various practical information systems all cannot do without database. Records are a basic unit for storing data in database. We often need to output the records as report forms. This paper designs a algorithm to complete the task. We realize the algorithm in Excel VBA and apply the algorithm to practice.
