电子政务是为了提高政府的办事效率,使公众办理日常事务时更加方便和快捷,但信息孤岛的存在已经成为电子政务正常发展的绊脚石,使得政府转型这一愿景还不能有效地实现。因此,如何解决和消除信息孤岛现象,实现信息共享和政务公开,是各级政府和各个部门亟待思考的首要问题。

Therefore, how to solve and eliminate the phenomenon of information island, realize the information sharing and openness in government affairs, is the first problem need to be thinking of governments at all levels and all departments.
