摘要
该文通过对运营商移动通信网络建维现状和背景的分析,进行了本地网建维一体化的思考和研究,对建维一体化思路、方法、关键工作、体系流程、工作落地等方面进行了详细的分析和描述,并结合与现状优劣性的分析,明确了本地网建维一体化工作的必要性。
This paper analysis carrier operators mobile communications network maintenance and construction status and the background, and elaborated the construction-maintenance integration from the aspects of idea, method, the key work, system process. Ultimately defined the necessity of the construction-maintenance integration combining with the analysis of the pros and cons of the status.
