摘要
为缓解医疗领域"三长一短"现象,文章首先通过剖析其业务流程,得到其问题实质,接着构建统一的"银医平台",利用金融IC卡快速支付特点,实现就诊和支付流程的电子化,最后借助于本市"银医一卡通"系统的实现说明其有效性。
In order to alleviate the phenomenon's in healthcare, firstly, the paper analyses the business-process and gets the essence of the problems. Secondly, the paper builds a unified "Bank-Hospital Platform". By using the fast payment of financial IC card, the treatment and payment process will be achieved electronically. Finally, the practices in Wuhu will prove its effectiveness.
