摘要
利益相关者视阈下的教育资源评价是高职院校衡量教育资源建设质量的重要手段。文章分析了适应高职教育信息资源各利益相关者的资源质量标准。以学生、教师、家长、企业、行业、政府为评价主体,以行业资源、企业资源、政策资源、课程资源、就业资源等为评价对象,融合定性和定量评价结合,以资源的编排与设计、内容质量、易用性能、被引用与访问等为主要指标,运用数理统计方法构建出符合不同利益相关者特征的关系模型与评价量表,进而形成教育信息资源评价体系。
Evaluation of educational resources from the perspective of stakeholders is an important means to evaluate education resource construction quality in Higher Vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the quality standard for information resources appropriate to t each stakeholder of Higher Vocational education. Then,it takes students, teachers, parents, enterprise, industry, government as the subject of evaluation, takes industry resource, enterprise resource, policy resource, course resource, employment resource as the evaluation object, combines qualitative and quantitative evaluation, takes layout and design of resource, content quality, ease to use and access performance as the main criterion, construct the relation model and evaluation table accord with different stakeholders through the method of mathematical statistics, and then forms evaluation system.
