摘要 ERP是采购管理与信息化的完美结合,它将企业、客户和供应商三方需求统筹在一起。其中采购作业流程是采购管理中最重要的部分之一,它是详细论述采购部门职责或任务的运营指南,是采购活动具体执行的标准。一个优质的采购作业流程能直接提高采购管理水平,实对现阳光采购,这于降低企业运营成本具有战略意义。该文通过实际设计ERP,提炼出了一套采购作业流程。 ERP procurement management and information technology the perfect combination, it business, customers and suppliers demand tripartite co-ordination together.
