摘要 该文以Auto CAD和CATIA为平台,建立了水电站厂房的三维模型,采用3DVIA Composer软件进行模型集成,将CATIA等CAD软件产品导入,经过编辑输出水电站厂房的演示动画和高清图片。同时根据混流式水轮发电机的结构及原理规划了水轮发电机的装配序列,实现了水轮发电机的虚拟装配仿真。实际工程应用证明,水电站厂房模型三维仿真系统增强了模型的逼真度,有助于厂房管理人员快速熟悉掌握厂房及水轮发电机的复杂构造。 This paper finishes the three-dimension models of hydropower house based on Auto CAD and CATIA. Then integrate models using the 3DVIA Composer, import the CATIA and CAD models, edit and then output the animation and highresolution images of hydropower house. According to the composition of the Francis turbine-generator units, make a plan for the assembly process of the turbine-generator units, achieve virtual assembly of the turbine-generator units based on 3DVIA Composer. Through the application of the 3D simulation system of hydropower house in practice engineering, increases the models' stereoscopic and immediacy, and contributes to the administrators to grasp the complex structure of the hydropower house and turbine-generator units.
