高校快递业的现状及未来新模式的研究分析

Research and Analysis of the Status Quo and the Future New Mode of the Express Delivery Services in Colleges and Universities

该文以国内某城市的部分高校校园快递为例,通过对这些高校的校园快递业务的1650份问调查,发现目前国内高校校园快递服务业存在的一些问题,如快递业多而杂,配送效率低下,收发平台不键全等,这与高校师生对于快递服务质量要求的提高以及便捷的送货上门服务相矛盾。从而提出关于优化校园快递发展的新模式即通过第三方建立校园快递收发系统服务平台,该系统主要分派件和寄件两大模块。最终达到资源整合,信息共享。

This article attempts to survey and understand by taking the business of some campus express delivery firms serving the colleges and universities in a city of China as typical examples, by analyzing the data obtained from 1,650 survey questionnaires on express delivery services, we find that there are many problems existing in campus express delivery services.of the campus express delivery firms,such as offering diverse,complicated services and distributing packages inefficiently conflicts with the higher requirement of the campus teachers and students on express delivery services and doorstep delivery. Thus, we propose a new mode of the campus express delivery service platform,building a platform of campus Courier transceiver system service in order to integrate resources and share information. The system mainly include two big modules dispatch and send.
