With the popularization of refrigeration and air conditioning in production and life, the demand for refrigeration and air conditioning is increasing. In the paper, analysis of air conditioning refrigeration talent demand was done, and the problems in the higher vocational colleges to cultivate professional talents was discussed. At last we solve the contradiction between the demand for professional talent methods and measures.
