基于目标分离的视频浓缩技术在安防行业的应用和研究

摘要 随着安防行业的发展,从早期的模拟监控、数字监控、网络监控逐步向高清化、智能化方向发展。海量的视频资源信息为公安部门提供案件侦破线索依据的同时也给查阅观看带来了巨大的困难。文章主要介绍了视频智能分析的技术特点、研究并实现了在视频监控中引入目标分离技术从而实现对目标对象的快速浏览。文中充分结合现有安防行业的业务需求并利用视频分析的技术,在提高涉案线索获取效率方面提出了有效的解决方案。从实际运行效果来看,智能分析在视频安防行业应用中可有效提升事后调查研判的效率。 The technology used in security industry has gradually developed from early analog monitoring, digital monitoring,network monitoring to high definition and intelligent direction. Massive quantities of video resources not only provide clues for case detections for police departments, but also bring enormous difficulties for investigators to view and browse such big amount of videos. This paper describes the technical features of intelligent video analysis and the implementation of introduction of the target separation technology into video surveillance, which can achieve quick browsing of target objects. This paper fully integrates existing security industry needs and uses video analysis technology to propose effective solutions in order to improve the efficiency of obtaining case clues. From the practical point of view that is based on real operating results, intelligent analysis applications in the video security industry can effectively improve the efficiency of the later case investigation and judgment.
