人文指导下计算机专业项目式教学中的学生综合能力培养

摘要 用人单位对大学生综合能力的要求突显,高校需要针对企业对人才的需求,适时改革培养方案,将人文素质教育融入职业教育的实践之中。针对大学生沟通能力的现状,我们在计算机相关专业项目式教学的过程中引入人文指导,在项目实施的全阶段加强对学生综合能力培养,特别是责任心、沟通能力、学习能力的培养,并取得一定的效果。在项目式教学中引入人文指导理念,对提高大学生的综合能力有着重要意义。 The employing units on the college students' comprehensive capability requirements highlight, universities need for the enterprise to talented person's demand, the timely reform of training program, the humanistic quality education into the practice of Vocational education. In view of the present situation of the students ability to communicate, we in the process of teaching computer related professional project introduced in the humanities guidance, strengthen the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability in all stages of project implementation, especially the cultivation of the sense of responsibility, communication skills, learning ability, and has certain effect. The introduction of humanistic concept guidance on project teaching, has important significance to improve the comprehensive ability of College students.
