摘要 电力是我国国民经济各个领域的基础能源。目前,电力能源利用率低下,资源开发过度,环境问题日益突出。随着我国经济的不断发展,当前我国的国民生产总值已经跃居世界第二,然而经济的发达并不能完全代表技术上的先进,事实上,我国经济发展是以高耗能为代价的,因此在节能减排环境下,开展电力系统规划与优化重构工作显得尤为重要。 Power is the basic energy of our country in various fields of the national economy. At present, the power energy utilization rate is low, resource over exploitation, environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. With the continuous development of China's economy, China's current GDP has been ranked second in the world, however the developed economy does not fully represent the advanced technology, in fact, China's economic development is at the cost of high energy consumption, therefore, in the energy-saving emission reduction environment, planning and optimization of power system reconstruction work exhibition it is particularly important.
