摘要
该研究介绍我院护理实习生排班系统的研发与应用情况。该系统能够针对不同排班要求,提供多种排班模式,高效、准确的解决了护理实习生排班难的问题,并提供一系列排班效果评价途径。该系统已在我院正式使用,运行稳定,用户评价良好。
This study describes the development and application of nursing interns scheduling system in our hospital. The systemcan according to different scheduling requirements, provides a wide range of scheduling model, an efficient and accurate to solvethe difficult problem of nursing interns, scheduling, and provide a range of scheduling effect evaluat-ion approach. The system hasbeen in use in our hospital, stable operation, good user evaluation.
