近年来,很多高校的办学定位和人才培养目标都放在了培养应用型人才上,重点强调学生动手实践能力的培养。学科竞赛对于培养学生的综合素质、提高学生的综合能力有着十分重要的作用,在应用型高校创新人才的培养中如何发挥学科竞赛的作用成了摆在我们面前的重大课题。郑州科技学院旨在培养应用型人才,本文以该校的计算机相关专业为例,探讨如何以学科竞赛为依托,对人才培养方案、教学内容、课程设置、教学方法等方面进行优化,健全学科竞赛运行机制,促进应用型高校创新人才的培养。
