论电磁痕迹的概念、分类及其特征

根据物质转移理论,犯罪必然留有痕迹。只有没有发现犯罪痕迹的现场,不存在没有痕迹的犯罪现场。犯罪人在案件现场除了留有传统意义上的痕迹以外,还留有电磁痕迹。同传统的痕迹一样,电磁痕迹同样具有客观性、真实性、精确性,能够为案件侦破提供线索、为案件串并提供支撑。作为一种新型的痕迹,电磁痕迹已经广泛应用于刑事侦查,且发挥的作用日益明显。本文详细阐述了电磁痕迹的概念、分类及其特征。

According to the theory of mass transfer, crime will inevitably leave traces. Only crime scene where traces are notfound, crime scene of no traces does not exist. The criminal leaves traditional traces as well as electromagnetic traces in the crimescene. As the trace of traditional, electromagnetic trace also has the objectivity, authenticity, accuracy, can provide clues for thecriminal detection, can provide support for joint cases. As a new kind of trace, electromagnetic trace has been widely used in crim-inal investigation and has played a more visible role. Concept、classification and characteristics of electromagnetic trace is elabo-rated in this paper.
