With the advancement of science and technology, the computer network has been popular and promotion, to carry outthe work are inseparable from the network. Institutions use of computer networks, can better management, thus timely and accurateaccess to the information they need, has become an important task to build institutions of its application platform. Therefore, thispaper analyzes the necessity of building a network platform for institutions, proposed several measures to build a network platformbased on these reasons.
