摘要 在服装行业中客户经理、专卖管理人员是至关重要的环节,客户经理需要了解服装销售网点的订购需求、信息反馈等工作;专卖管理人员负责规范市场管理、净化市场,为服装行业销售提供保障。随着移动互联网技术的普及应用,如何利用现行的通讯技术、手机定位系统和GIS(地理信息技术)来精简业务流程同时提升人员的工作效率,提升企业业务流程运行的安全性、可靠性和高效性,及时跟随科技发展的方向,转变企业经营思路和模式,引入移动互联网时代的企业经营理念,成为企业在新经济变革发展下的重中之重,也是企业迫在眉睫的头等大事。 Astract: In the clothing industry customer manager, monopoly management is a very important link, the client manager is responsi-ble for understanding the order demand, information feedback and so on clothing sales outlets; monopoly management personnel re-sponsible for the standardization of market management, purification market, for the garment industry sales escort. With the devel-opment of mobile Internet technology, how to use the modern wireless communication technology, GPS, location technology andGIS(Geographic Information Technology) to help the staff to improve the efficiency of daily work, enhance the enterprise operationsafety, reliability and efficiency, to follow the trend of development of science and technology quickly, become an important prob-lem in the development of new enterprises under the economic consciousness.
