随着我国经济的高速发展,交通道路和车辆运输也发展的越来越快,在给社会经济和人们的生活带来了很大的提高的同时,汽车数量也急剧增加,给交通和治安带来了很多问题。从而车辆视频图像的检测和跟踪系统得到了越来越多的重视。该项目将提出一种基于网络的车辆视频图像的检测和跟踪系统,实现多用户对车辆流通信息的实时查询。该系统主要由三部分组成:利用摄像头对车辆视频采集;借助于Open CV算法库对车辆识别和检测;网站前台界面的具体实现。该系统可以广泛地应用于道路和小区的车辆信息的检测、统计和分析,具有一定的发展前景。

With the rapid development of China's economy, the increasingly development of traffic and transport brings enormousimprovement to the social economy as well as people's living standards, at the same time the number of cars also has increased dra-matically, which causes a lot of problems to traffic and public security. Thus, vehicle detection and tracking system based on vid-eos and images has received more and more attention. This project presents the vehicle detection and tracking system based on vid-eos and images using network, implementing multi-user real-time query of vehicle flow information. This system mainly consists ofthree parts: using camera on vehicle video acquisition; recognizing and detecting vehicles with the aid of the Open CV algorithms li-brary; implementing the front interface of a web site. This system can be widely used on road and community's vehicles' detection,statistics and analysis of information, which has a broad development prospects to some extent.
