教育信息化在我国是一项非常复杂的工程项目,需要认真的考虑国家教育现实的信息化情况,尊重教育信息化的基本规律,不断地巩固现有的学术成果和地位,进一步探索更多元化的发展道路,进入21世纪以来,国家在教育信息化相关领域中,所从事的一些理论研究以及取得的进展,相关部门都做出了十分全面的综述与评论。在最近几十年的教育信息化建设的道路基础上,许多地方都开始兴起"班班通"建设,并且还提出了"教育云"的最新发展思路,然后将最近几年来受外界关注的"电子书包",作为电子云端服务的学习环境,让"教育云"更加的触手可及。那么今后的教育信息化建设又该怎么发展,这是值得关注的话题。

Educational Informationization is a very complex system engineering. To seriously consider the information of the nation-al educational reality, it is necessary to consider the basic rules of information technology in education, to persistently build on ex-isting academic achievements and status and to further explore more diversified development. In the 21 st century, for the theory ofeducation in the field of information technology and the progress, our country has made a more comprehensive review and com-ment. In recent decades, on the way of educational information technology, many places have begun to put forward "classes" con-struction, and also proposed the new development ideas of "education cloud". The"e-book package", which has received manypeoples' attention, has been taken as the learning environment of electronic cloud services, and it makes the "education cloud" more popular. How to develop the future construction of education information is a topic worthy of our attention.
