摘要
为了节省传统的传感器应用电路中使用专用触发器芯片而需要的独立电源,减少基于双运放的双稳态触发器的冗余设计,该文基于运放正反馈原理与RS触发器的交叉耦合原理的相似性,设计了一种基于单运放的通用双稳态触发器,进一步利用等分分布特性进行电路相关参数可靠性设计。该文以LM324为例进行说明,该双稳态触发器适应于整个供电电源范围,减少了独立电源的配备以及运放一半引脚的使用,降低了功耗,可任意组合高电平或低电平进行触发与复位,减少了中间的电平转换过程,对传感器应用电路的设计具有一定的参考价值。
To save an independent power supply used by appropriative flip-flop or avoid redundant part design generated by a dou-ble op-amp bistable in traditional sensor application circuit, this paper designed a universal bistable flip-flop basic unit based onsingle op-amp according to the similarity between Op-amp positive feedback and RS flip-flop cross coupling. Further, to make thecircuit reliable, it designed the related parameters by the character of uniform distribution. It adapted to the whole power supplyrange of LM324 for example, cut the independent power supply equipped with, saved half pin use of op-amp. Then, it reduced thepower dissipation. Because it could be combined with any of high or low voltage to set and reset, it decreased the level conversion.It will provide certain reference value for the sensor application circuit.
