摘要
随着信息化社会的进步,监控设备的普及,监控视频数据的存储大小在不断加大。通过多渠道调查视频监控现状调查,得出当前监控工程较为普遍的"重硬轻软"的现象,提出"软硬兼施"的监控系统解决方案,并通过数据张量表示与张量分解,实现视频数据的更加快速和有效的压缩储存。
With the development of the information-based society and the popularity of monitoring equipments, the data from moni-tor video is getting larger. This paper aims to survey the present situation of the video monitoring and to find the method of its im-provement. Through our investigation and statistical analysis, we conclude that the there exists a popular phenomenen among moni-tor controllers that hardware valued more than software". Our conclusion that an effective combination of hardware and software im-provement can make the monitoring system much more efficient and feasible. With the method of tensor decomposition, the videodata can be better compressed and be more easily stored.
