Exploration on the Tutorial System of Undergraduate Students in the Cultivation of Computer Applied Talents

导师制是一种有效的人才培养模式。为培养计算机专业应用型人才,制定导师的任职条件、工作职责、聘任和考核,在本科生中施行导师制。导师指导学生的生活、学习,规划专业学习方向,引导学生考研、实习、就业。导师制的实施有利于师生间的沟通,提高学生实践、科研能力和学生就业。

Tutorial system is a kind of effective personnel training mode.In order to train the application type talents of computerspecialty, we develop the service condition, job responsibility, appointment and the examination of the supervisor, implementingthe tutor system in the undergraduates. Tutors guide students' living, learning, planning professional learning direction, guide students to take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools, practice, obtain employment.The implementation of the tutorialsystem is conducive to the communication between teachers and students, improves students' practice, scientific research abilityand students' employment.
