该文从大学生学科竞赛的组织方法和制度保障实施办法出发,以信息与计算科学专业为探讨背景,首先深入探讨目前学科竞赛的开展类别及其存在的三类问题,其次,以信息与计算科学国家级特色专业的建设方法和专业特色出发,选择了适合学生素质拓展和专业学科发展的学科竞赛体系,并提出一系列的政策保障和激励办法来促进学生和老师参加学科竞赛的积极性,并提供参赛作品的获奖面。最后,以近三年的学科竞赛的奖项说明所实施政策与制度的有效性,今后将进一步提出更多行之有效的方法来促进学科竞赛的发展。

This article embarks from the organization method of university academic competition and institutional guarantee measures for its implementation, which based on the study background of information and computing science specialty. Firstly, the category of current course contests and its existing three kinds of problems are deeply discussed. Secondly, with national feature specialty construction method and professional characteristics of information and computation science, the discipline competition system for students' quality development and the development of course are selected, and a series of policy guarantee and incentivemeasures are presented to promote the enthusiasm of students and teachers to participate in the discipline competition. Finally thewinning side of entries are provided, nearly three years of discipline competition award is given to illustrate the effectiveness of theimplementation of policy and system, in the future more effective ways are put forward to promote the development of academiccompetition.
