摘要
在以推动实现水务现代化为目标的前提下,围绕水务现代化建设,结合智慧城市的建设背景,明确智慧水务的基本内涵与和新特征,提出了一个包含水务监测体系、水务控制体系、水务数据中心、水务应用体系的一种城镇智慧水务体系结构,分析了其建设思路,阐述了智慧水务的发展战略以及实施途径。
Under the objective of modernise water resources,surrounding the construction of modernise water resources,considering the constructionof wisdom city,expliciting the basic connotation and new features of wisdom water resources,raising a kind ofwisdom water resources system structure of town which contains monitoring system, control system, data center, application systemand analyzing the way of the construction of each system. Then,stating the development strategy and implement way of wisdomWater resources.
