基于物联网及移动平台的社区智能精细化服务管理系统建设研究

社区作为城市人民生产生活的最小单元,是城市经济水平、市民文明程度的外在表征,科学、精细地社区管理是实现智慧社区建设的重要保障。该文以物联网及移动平台为依托,采用了C/S与B/S混合结构技术,论述了社区智能精细化服务管理系统的建设架构,介绍了实现的五大主要功能为人员管理、物产管理、服务管理、巡视管理、资料管理。

The community is the smallest unit as the production and life in the urban people and, the external representation of the level of urban economy and the public civilization. It was discussed how to buildthe construction of community intelligence fine service management systembased on the Internet of things and mobile platform, using C/S and B/S hybrid structure technology in the paper. However, there were fivemain functions introduced that are the management of personnel, property, service, inspection and information.
