摘要
核函数方法是一项将标准的线性方法推广为非线性方法的强有力的技术,对实际应用具有极大的意义,因此成为近年来的一个研究热点,使用支持向量机(Support Vector Machine)解决实际问题时,选择适当的核是一个关键因素.该文从核函数的一般概念出发,分析了核函数方法的基本性质和原理,重点讨论了核函数构造和常用核函数参数选择等问题,归纳、总结出了简单实用的核构造方法,并对未来的研究方向做了展望。
Kernel method is a strong technology to promote standard linear method to non-linear method and has a great significance in practical application,so it became a hot research point in recent years.When use support vector machine(SVM) to solve practical problems,choosing the appropriate kernel is a key factor.This article embarked from the kernel function's general concept,analyzed the basic property and the principle of kernel function method,focused on the issues of kernel function construction and commonly kernel function parameters chosen,reduced,summed up the simple and practical method of the kernel construction up the basic construction and made a prospect to future research direction.
