摘要
高职院校需要培养高技能复合型人才,急需改变传统的教学模式。在STS理念下改革课程内容,结合企业真实案例,使用项目沙盘教学模式,采用多样教学方法,进行个性化教学,全面提高课堂教学质量;将传统的先教后学模式转变为先做后学、先学后教的模式,培养学生探究能力、自学能力,使之成为社会的有用之才。
In order to improve the teaching quality and foster highly skilled interdisciplinary talents, vocational college teachers are in dire need of changing traditional teaching mode in ways of combining business cases, using the new teaching mode of project sand table and various personalizing teaching methods under the STS ideas. Thus, the traditional mode of First Teaching,Then Learning can be converted into the new mode of First Practicing, Then Learning,even First Learning, Then Teaching for the benefits of developing the students' abilities of exploring and learning on their own.
