摘要
文章主要介绍了量子计算机的物理实现体系的研究历史和现状。重点介绍了几个具有可集成性的量子计算系统:离子阱体系、半导体量子点体系、腔量子电动力学体系和超导量子体系,这些量子计算机的物理实现体系吸引着国内外研究量子计算的最主要研究力量,是未来量子计算机发展的主要方向。
This article reviews the development of studies on physical implementations of quantum computation.Some qubit systems such as ion trap, quantum dots, cavity QED,superconductiong Josephson junctions which are generally considered as main candidates of physical realizations for quantum computers are mainly introduced. Studies on those physical implementation systems which will be the future research direction are attracting primary experimental groups in the field of quantum computation
