摘要
该文在分析现有调度员仿真培训系统中培训评估方案的优缺点的基础上,提出一种基于模糊集和信息熵理论的培训评估方案,可以实现对调度培训人员进行自动评分。应用模糊集合原理从调度操作、电网的可靠性及经济性等方面对电网调度员的调度水平进行宏观分析,利用信息熵理论,按照各评价指标的熵值大小来确定出各个指标熵权,把熵权和层次法确定出的权值进行综合确定出最后的权重。建立了培训评估的评价模型。算例表明,应用该指标体系和方法能更好地体现各个指标对评价结果的影响,客观地对培训人员进行评估。
On the basis of analyzing the evaluation plans of dispatcher training system, this paper puts forward a training and evaluating scheme based on the weight of fuzzy entropy to realize the grading automation of trainees. Firstly, use fuzzy set theory to analyze dispatchers' competence from the aspects such as manipulation, reliability, economy. Then use the information entropy theory to find the indices' entropy weight according to the indices' entropy values. Lastly, integrate the weight according to the weight values acquired by the methods of entropy weight and AHP, thus, the evaluating and training model is modeled.The result demonstrates that using the method, put forward by this paper, can more explicitly reveal the indices' effect on evaluation result and correctly evaluate the trainees.
