The Design of Intelligent Property Management System

为了使物业管理的基础工作走向科学化,信息化,提高物业管理的水平和效率,从而促进房地产业的健康发展。该文设计了智能化物业管理系统。在对物业管理人员和业主业务需求分析基础上,采用了B/S结构和S2SH框架进行开发,把系统划分为小区信息管理,业主管理,资产管理,费用管理,系统管理,设备维修管理六个功能模块,并对数据库进行设计。

In order to make the basic work of the property management to scientific, information, improve the level and efficiency of property management, and thus promote the healthy development of real estate.This paper designs the intelligent property management system.Based on the analysis of the business needs of the property management staff and the owner, the B/S structure and S2 SH framework are used to develop the system. The system is divided into six functional modules, which are district information management, property management, asset management, cost management, system management, equipment maintenance management.
