摘要
为了获得高精度的图像,同时在满足微型化的要求下,本文使用CMOS图像传感器与FPGA构建了相机系统,本文在分析CMOS图像传感器MT9J003原理的基础上设计和实现一种基于FPGA的全高清CMOS相机,利用FPGA作为相机系统控制及系统时序生成的核心部件,最终输出HDMI全高清彩色视频。
in order to obtain high precision image, while meeting the requirements of miniaturization, this paper uses CMOS image sensor and FPGA to build a camera system, this paper analyzes the principle of CMOS image sensor MT9J003 based on the design and implementation of a FPGA Based Full HD CMOS camera, using FPGA as the camera system control and system timing generation of the core components, the final output HDMI Full HD color video.
