摘要 针对当前国内采用"PLC+高速处理板卡"控制模式的卷烟机稳定性差的问题,提出了一种基于嵌入式IPC控制模式的电控系统架构,并将其应用到超高速卷烟机上。该系统将PLC逻辑控制与高速信号处理算法集成于同一平台,并利用Ethernet总线控制技术实现外围子站的组态。试验机经过近半年的测试,其利用率、效率、废品率及停机次数等指标均有明显改善,提高了设备的稳定性和生产效率。 In order to solve the stability problem caused by the old control framework of Cigarette maker based on"PLC and high speed processing card", a new control framework based on embedded IPC control mode is proposed. Now, it is utilized in superspeed cigarette maker. In this control mode, the PLC logical control and high-speed signal processing algorithm are integrated into the same platform. All sub-stations are configured together by Ethernet bus. After nearly a half year testing, the utilization rate, efficiency, scrap rate and shutdown times were significantly improved. Thus, the stability and efficiency of the cigarette machine are improved.
