摘要
基于LPC1768和高精度A/D转换器ADS1278设计了一种24位分辨率、16通道同步采集的声发射检测系统。系统主要由Cortex-M3处理器LPC1768、声发射传感器、信号调理与采集、以太网和上位机等部分组成。LPC1768使用SPI接口读取ADS1278的数据,通过以太网模块联入以太网。本系统具有结构简单、成本低、功耗低等特点。
This paper introduced a Acoustic Emission Monitoring System that have 24-bit resolution and 16-channel synchronous data acquisition based on LPC1768 and ADS1278. The system is composed of LPC1768, Acoustic emission sensors, Signal conditioning and acquisition, Ethernet and upper level,etc. LPC1768 using the SPI interface to read the ADS1278 data. Be linked into the Ethernet by itself Ethernet controller module. This design has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, low power consumption.
