异构医疗信息系统数据的采集方式有多种,而在采集时会面临数据不标准所带来的问题,基于Biztalk的异构系统能够有效地解决一些问题。该文根据当今Biztalk的应用现状,找出相应的解决措施,从Net框架设计到XML语言描述结构逐步分析。该文将具体阐述各项问题产生的原因,并逐一叙述优化方案。

There are many ways to collect data of heterogeneous medical information system, and the problems caused by the data are not standard, and the Biztalk based heterogeneous system can solve some problems effectively. In this paper, according to the current situation of the application of Biztalk, find the corresponding solutions, from the Net framework to the XML language description of the structure of the progressive analysis. In this paper, we will explain the reasons for the problems, and describe the optimization scheme one by one.
