地方高校创新型研究生培养模式研究

在新形势下,研究生教育肩负着为国家经济社会发展培养高质量创新型人才的重任。以重庆理工大学为例,首先分析地方高校创新型研究生培养存在的问题,然后探讨创新型研究生培养的要素及整合方式,重构面向创新型研究生培养的课程体系,立足地方需求,建立校内外多层次开放式协同培养模式,最后给出了协同培养创新型研究生的长效运行与保障机制。

Under the new situation, the graduate education shoulders the important task to cultivate the high quality innovative talents for the national economic and social development. Taking Chongqing University of Technology as an example, firstly,the dilemma of the cultivation of innovative graduate students in local colleges and universities is analyzed, the composition and integration practices for cultivation of innovative graduate students are discussed, Reconstruction of the curriculum system is analyzed, multi-level open collaborative training mode is established, in the end, the long-term operation and guarantee mechanism of collaborative training innovative graduate students are given.
