摘要 随着国家对国有企业改革的逐步深入,国有企业的政策优势在逐步减弱。原有的销售理理念与手段急需变革,同时随着移动互联网技术、云技术的广泛应用,企业对数据的深度应用、销售手段的移动化实现等问题逐渐突出。本文对企业当前CRM现状进行分析,结合企业信息化现状以及客户管理需求,提出企业CRM重构方案思路。 As countries of state-owned enterprise reform gradually thorough, the policy advantages of state-owned enterprises are gradually weakened,So the original sales management ideas and means need to change.At the same time, along with the widely application of the mobile Internet and cloud technology,the problem of our enterprises to the depth of the data application and achieve sales means of moving are gradually prominent.This paper analyzes the current situation of the enterprise CRM and according to the situation of enterprise informatization and the demand of customer management. The idea of enterprise CRM reconstruction scheme is proposed.
