project-based teaching is the teaching model which is based on students and with the help of teachers, with the tasks of this kind of teaching, it not only drives students', and learning interests but also improves their practical abilities. Combined with the teaching course of Electronic circuit CAD, this paper expounds some practice and thinking of project teaching in the application of skilled personnel training needs.
