摘要
该文阐述了传统的高校人事管理系统存在的问题,结合目前高校管理的特点,充分利用校园网络环境,设计出一种具有通用性、个性化、B/S结构与C/S结构相结合的人力资源管理信息系统。
This paper describes the problems existing in the traditional personnel management system in Colleges and universities, combining the characteristics of the management in Colleges and universities, make full use of campus network environment, designs a kind of universality, individuation, B/S structure and the C/S structure with the combination of human resource management information system.
