摘要 职业素养是高职学生在校期间参加生产实践和离校走上工作岗位都应具备的工作素养,由职业价值观、通用职业素养和专业职业素养三个层次构成。学生职业素养的好坏成为制约学生就业质量及今后发展的重要因素,因而越来越多的高校意识到职业素养培养的重要性。本文分析了目前高职学生职业素养存在的主要问题及其原因,并对职业素养教育融入课堂教学改革的具体措施进行了研究和分析。 Professional accomplishment is refers to the professional people in business process need to comply with the code of conduct, workers in career performance and play a role in quality, is that people are engaged in some work, specialized business or the completion of specific responsibilities with professional skills and ethics, It consists of three levels: professional values,general professional accomplishment and professional accomplishment. Students' professional quality has become an important factor restricting the quality of students' employment and the future development, so more and more colleges and universities are aware of the importance of the cultivation of professional quality. This paper analyzes the main problems and causes of Vocational College Students' professional accomplishment, and studies and analyzes the concrete measures for the integration of vocational education into classroom teaching reform.
