茶业信息化水平测度指标体系的构建——以潮州单丛茶业为例

A Case Study in Chaozhou on Construction of Informatization Level Measurement Index System of Tea Industry

信息化水平测度是衡量国家和地区竞争力的重要标志之一。以潮州单丛茶为研究对象,探讨信息化水平测度指标体系构建的原则,提出潮州市单丛茶产业信息化测评指标体系。该体系侧重产业信息化基础设施、产业信息资源丰裕度、产业信息化应用水平因素,紧密结合潮州市单丛茶产业信息化发展的特点,定性与定量指标相结合,能进行历史时期的指标数据对比,体现了科学性、可比性和操作性。

Information level measurement is one of the important signs to measure the competitiveness of a country and a region.Aiming at the Phoenix tea in Chaozhou, this study discussed the principle of the measurement index system of informatization level, and put forward the evaluation index system of the single cluster tea industry. The system focuses on industry informatization infrastructure, industry information resources abundance, the application of information technology industry factors. Moreover, based on the Phoenix tea industry informatization development characteristics, the system is scientific, comparable and operable, which can deal with qualitative indexes, quantitative indexes and the historical data.
