高校学生管理工作网络化问题研究

Research on Problems of College Students' Management Under the Network Condition

高校学生管理工作网络化的趋势愈加明显,这对于改进学生管理工作方式、管理者管理理念以及管理者自身管理角色网络化等都提出新的要求。在阐述高校学生管理工作网络化必然性的基础上,分析了高校学生管理工作存在的问题和影响因素,并从制度完善、管理培训、平台建设以及管理角色网络化等方面给出相应的对策建议,以期对互联网环境下的高校学生管理工作改进提供建议。

The trend of networked management of college students is becoming more and more obvious, which is put forward new requirements for improving the mode, concept and the role of management.In this paper, we believe that the networked management mode of Colleges students is inevitable.This article gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of system perfection, management training, platform construction and management role for the problems of college students' management based on the analysisofinfluencing factors. The significance of the research work of this paper is to provide suggestions for the improvement of the management of college students in the Internet environment.
