基于B/S模式的评审专家信息管理和选取系统的设计与实现

针对B/S模式的特点,分析系统建设的依据和重点设计内容,提出了基于C#技术的评审专家系统解决方案,依据评审规则,实现专家信息实时更新和专家盲选。通过对数据库设计、系统E-R模型、随机数生成、专家选取筛查、系统功能模块等设计和研究,完成本系统建设。该系统将独立科技项目申报系统建设,只需要根据各类科技项目对评审专家的若干条件,实现在线选取相应的评审专家表,并依托短信和邮件平台与专家实时通讯联系,实现专家盲选。
