摘要
介绍了武汉市气象高清视频会商系统的结构、系统建设关键技术以及主要应用。在气象信息网络平台基础上,通过终端背靠背转发,实现省-市-区三级天气会商,开展行政会议及远程培训,同时实现了气象与政府应急办、水务部门的业务会商与工作交流,系统在气象业务服务与防灾减灾中发挥了作用。
It elaborated the structure and key technology of system construction and application in Wuhan City Meteorological HD video consultation system. Based on the meteorological information network platform,it achieved the Province-City-District level weather consultation,carried out administrative conference and remote training by the back-to-back terminal retransmission way. At the same time,it carried out business consultation and communication between Wuhan Meteorological Service and Wuhan Emergency Management Office or Wuhan Water Affairs Bureau.It paid a role in Wuhan meteorological business service provided and disaster prevention and mitigation.
