摘要 为了将某型飞机机电管理系统对燃油系统的管理控制结果形象具体的展示出来,设计了一种燃油系统动态演示装置。该装置由PIC单片机中心处理器、控制面板和显示面板组成,可以演示燃油系统在转输或加抽油过程中油路中燃油的流向、转输泵和各控制阀的工作状态以及油箱中油面的高低变化情况。电路与编程采用动态扫描和分时控制原理,大大提高了单片机的端口利用率和工作效率。使用MPLAB IDE编写C语言程序,通过Protel DXP软件绘制原理图和PCB板工程图,最终通过焊接和联合调试,证明该装置能够正确形象地演示燃油的流向,油箱内油面的变化和告警,较好地实现了预期设计功能。 Order to display the result of the management and control of the fuel system by the mechanical and electrical management system in the plane specific, a dynamic demonstration device of fuel system is designed. The device consists of PIC central processing unit,control panel and display panel,and it could demonstrate the flow of fuel oil in the tubing, the working condition of transfer pump and electromagnetic valves and the quantity of oil in the tank.Using dynamic scanning and time-sharing control principle design,circuit and program greatly improvs the utilization rate of the ports and the work efficiency. C program written by MAPLE IDE, schematic and PCB project picture drown by Protel DXP, and through joint debugging,the system ultimately is finished and desired effect is achieved.
