撬装式加注站控制系统的研究与设计

The Research and Design of the Control System of the Skid Mounted Filling Station

介绍了LNG撬装式加注站的原理及控制要求,并针对工艺要求设计了监控系统。本系统选用SIEMENS S7-1200系列PLC作为主控制器,依据工艺控制要求,对系统的上位机和下位机进行了设计。针对LNG撬装式加液站储罐压力的典型非线性、时变且受随机干扰的特性,本文拟采用模糊控制器进行调压。目前已在实际撬装站上得到成熟应用,为LNG撬装式加注站控制系统的开发提供了成功经验。

This paper introduces the principle and control requirements of LNG skid mounted filling station, and designs the monitoring system for the process requirements. The system selects S7-1200 SIEMENS series PLC as the main controller, according to the requirements of the control process, the upper computer and lower computer of the system are designed. Aiming at the typical nonlinear, time varying and random disturbance characteristics of the tank pressure of the LNG skid mounted liquid storage tank, this paper intends to use the fuzzy controller to adjust the pressure. At present, it has been successfully applied to the actual skid mounted station, which provides successful experience for the development of LNG skid mounted filling station control system.
