可穿戴式多通道传感系统功能需求分析及设计

摘要 近年来可穿戴式设备大量涌现,用户对可穿戴式设备的功能要求也越来越高,但是,可穿戴式设备复杂功能的实现往往依赖多路传感信号的实时采集。本文以可穿戴式8通道PVDF传感器系统为例,研究了这类系统的功能需求,研究发现,柔性超轻薄化、长续航时间是这类设备的两个显著特点,并完成了系统的MCU选型、多路传感数据的编码设计、多路传感数据的传输方式设计及系统的低功耗设计等关键技术问题,设计了一个实用、可靠的可穿戴式多路传感器系统设计方案。本方案也为可穿戴式多通道传感器系统的设计与开发提供了一个可靠参考。 In recent years, with a large number of wearable devices emerging,the users demand more functions for the wearable devices. However, the realization of complex functions of the wearable devices often depends on real-time acquisition of multichannel sensing signals. Taking the wearable 8-channel PVDF sensors system as an example, this paper has studied the functional requirements of such systems. The study finds that ultrathin flexibility and long battery life are the two salient features of this kind of equipment. Moreover four key technical problems are accomplished: the MCU selection, the design of coding mode, the design of multi-channel sensing data transmission mode and the low power consumption design of the system. A practical and reliable scheme of wearable multi-channel sensors system is designed eventually and this scheme provides a reliable reference for the design and the development of wearable multi-channel sensors system.
